Return and Exchanges Policy

If for any reason you would like to return or exchange your product(s), we will gladly accept your return. However, please note:

• A return or exchange must be initiated within 10 days of delivery and postmarked 15 days following the delivery. 
• Buyer is responsible for returning shipping costs.
• Items must be received in new condition; unwashed, unworn, and hair-free.
• Final sale items cannot be returned for a refund or an exchange.

*If items returned do not meet these criteria, items will be sent back and subject to additional shipping costs.

Shipping cost from original order will not be refunded due to a return. Make sure to measure following the sizing charts to avoid needing an exchange. The full amount paid for the products minus the shipping will be refunded to you in 1-5 business days.

If requesting an exchange please include the size you want to exchange for. Please include your original packaging slip and order number with your return.
